About This Role<\/b><\/p>\n
We are a dynamic and engaging childcare center looking for a passionate and responsible individual to join our team. Our goal is to provide children with a fun, safe, and educational environment where they can grow, learn, and engage in enriching activities after school hours. As an Afterschool Teacher, you will supervise and engage a group of children in various activities, including arts and crafts, educational games, group discussions, and outdoor play. You will encourage positive behavior and ensure the safety and well-being of all students.<\/p>\n
What You’ll Do<\/b><\/p>\n
Supervise and engage children (ages 4-8 ) in afterschool activities<\/p>\n
Plan and implement educational and recreational activities<\/p>\n
Ensure the safety of children at all times<\/p>\n
Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful environment<\/p>\n
Communicate with parents and staff regarding student progress and behavior<\/p>\n
Maintain a clean and organized activity area<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n
High school diploma or equivalent<\/p>\n
Must be at least 18 years of age<\/p>\n
Strong communication and organizational skills<\/p>\n
Ability to work effectively with children of diverse backgrounds<\/p>\n
Positive, patient, and energetic attitude<\/p>\n
Must be available to work afterschool hours<\/p>\n
Satisfactory Background Check<\/p>\n
