About This Role<\/b><\/p>\n
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is also (or eligible to become) a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Georgia.<\/p>\n
You\u2019ll serve as the clinical lead across one or more of our therapy sites, overseeing treatment plans, supervising RBTs and LaBAs, and collaborating with families and educators.<\/p>\n

What You’ll Do<\/b><\/p>\n
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, etc.)<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Develop individualized treatment plans consistent with BACB and Georgia Medicaid standards<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Supervise and train RBTs and LaBAs, maintaining required documentation of supervision hours<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Provide direct parent and caregiver training sessions (CPT 97156\/97157)<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Collaborate with childcare directors and teachers to ensure consistency across settings<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Monitor client progress using data-driven decision making and evidence-based practices<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB ethics code, and Georgia licensing board rules<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Participate in clinical reviews, team meetings, and professional development sessions<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n
Current BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Current or eligible for Georgia LBA license<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Master\u2019s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum 2 years of experience providing ABA services (preferred: early intervention \/ natural environment settings)<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong leadership, communication, and data-analysis skills<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Must pass Georgia DECAL fingerprint background check (for working within childcare environments)<\/p>\n
