This role involves helping to implement age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development, while ensuring the well-being and supervision of all children in the classroom. Responsibilities may include assisting with lesson preparation, maintaining a clean and organized space, monitoring behavior, and communicating effectively with staff and families.
