This role oversees licensing compliance with Georgia Bright from the Start, drives enrollment growth, and builds strong relationships with families and the community.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate is a hands-on, organized leader with a passion for early childhood education and a commitment to excellence in both care and program quality.<\/p>\n<p><b>What You&#8217;ll Do<\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Responsibilities:<\/strong>\u00a0PEOPLE LEADERSHIP<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identifies, schedules and interviews teacher candidates; Builds networks of external future talent<\/li>\n<li>Conducts classroom observations, evaluations, and provides feedback that motivates and encourages learning.<\/li>\n<li>Manages team to ensure TLE curriculum is executed in alignment with brand standards;<\/li>\n<li>Uses a growth mindset to train, coach and develop for the future<\/li>\n<li>Listens objectively to employee concerns and plans a recommended course of action<\/li>\n<li>Builds and communicates weekly schedules<\/li>\n<li>Daily management of classroom ratios<\/li>\n<li>Manages new hire paperwork and all employee files in compliance with state licensing regulations<\/li>\n<li>Builds and communicates center schedules to ensure appropriate ratios are always intact and labor is effectively managed to budget<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that all teachers have trainings that are in compliance with State and TLE requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>CUSTOMER FOCUS<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leads tours and enrolls with prospective families, highlighting key features and points of difference of our curriculum, teacher tenure\/quality, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Regularly communicates with families regarding student progress and concerns<\/li>\n<li>Executes &#8220;parent pleasers&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Execution of our Show and Tell App for family communication<\/li>\n<li>Regularly audits and maintains all records and files for students and teachers<\/li>\n<li>Ensures the physical environment and health\/safety standards are full compliance with local and state licensing regulations<\/li>\n<li>Manages relationships with state licensors and conducts center evaluations<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for accident\/incident reporting<\/li>\n<li>Medication management<\/li>\n<li>Conducts monthly emergency safety drills<\/li>\n<li>Manages new customer administration and files in compliance with state licensing regulations<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with other financial administrative functions including, but not limited to budgets, P&amp;L statement and Labor percentage<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Two or more years of center leadership\/management experience highly preferred.
