This role involves implementing curriculum that supports children\u2019s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth, while ensuring a safe and inclusive classroom setting. The Lead Teacher supervises and mentors assistant staff, manages daily classroom operations, and maintains open communication with families regarding children\u2019s progress and needs.
