Family-Owned & Educator-Led

More than a school. A second home.

We founded Chroma on a simple belief: Early education should be a perfect blend of rigorous cognitive development and the comforting warmth of family.

Our Purpose

"To cultivate a vibrant community of lifelong learners by blending academic rigor with the nurturing warmth of home, ensuring every child feels seen, valued, and capable."

Our Story

From one classroom to a community.

Chroma Early Learning Academy began with a simple belief: early learning should feel as warm as home and as purposeful as school. We do more than supervise the day—we create the conditions for children to feel safe, curious, and ready to grow.

Today, our neighborhood campuses across Metro Atlanta share one connected standard for care, curriculum, and family partnership. Each campus keeps its local personality while being supported by educators, curriculum leaders, and systems designed around child development.

Care behind the care

Care gets stronger when teachers are supported well.

Children do their best growing when the adults around them feel prepared, encouraged, and connected. At Chroma, our teachers are supported by simple, thoughtful systems that help them notice growth, plan next steps, and keep classroom care personal.

The heart of the work is still the teacher-child relationship. The support behind it simply helps that relationship stay consistent from classroom to classroom.

1

Teachers notice milestones in real moments.

Growth shows up in play, routines, language, movement, friendships, and confidence — not only on a checklist.

2

Lesson plans follow the children in the room.

Planning can reflect what children are ready for now, while still honoring each program’s rhythm and goals.

3

Coaching stays connected to classroom needs.

Directors, curriculum leaders, and training teams can support teachers with practical next steps that fit the children they serve.

Our Educators

The Heart of Chroma.

We don't just hire supervisors; we hire career educators. Our teachers are the most valuable asset in our classrooms, selected for their passion, patience, and professional credentials.

Certified & Credentialed

Lead teachers hold a CDA (Child Development Associate), TCC, or higher degree in Early Childhood Education. We support ongoing education for every staff member.

Safety First

Every team member undergoes rigorous federal and state background checks. All staff are certified in CPR and First Aid, with regular refresher courses.

Continuous Growth

Our educators receive ongoing, role-appropriate learning and coaching focused on child development, classroom practice, and the PrismPath™ curriculum.

Nurturing Lifelong Learners with Academic Rigor and Homelike Warmth

Our culture is built on four non-negotiable pillars that guide every decision we make, from hiring teachers to designing playgrounds.

Unconditional Joy

We believe childhood should be magical. We prioritize laughter, play, and warmth in every interaction.

Radical Safety

Physical safety is our baseline; emotional safety is our goal. Kids learn best when they feel secure.

Academic Excellence

Using our PrismPath™ model, we deliver rigorous, age-appropriate learning that feels like play.

Open Partnership

Parents are partners. We maintain open doors, transparent communication, and daily updates.
