Welcome to Chroma East Cobb!
My name is Michelle Steppling-Terry, and I am honored to serve as the Center Director here at Chroma. I have worked in early childhood education for over ten years, beginning as an assistant toddler teacher and growing into assistant director and now director.
I am a wife and a proud mom to three amazing boys—six-year-old Kristopher and two-year-old twins, Micah and Malachi. Life is busy, joyful, and full, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
I am excited to join the Chroma family and help create a positive, nurturing environment where children feel at home and learning happens all day long. My goal is for every family to feel supported, welcomed, and truly part of our community. I want everyone to feel as if they gain a family when being a part of Chroma not just a preschool.

Learn MoreWhy Families Love Us
"I enrolled my 1 and 2.5 year old kids at the beginning of this year and it has been a really great experience! It is the first time both of my kids had been in full-day care and the teachers were SO helpful. Both my kids are slow to warm, but when I go they both are happy to see their teachers and the other kids! The facility is clean, healthy meals provided, and the teachers are great. I am also regularly updated throughout the day on what they are doing/learning which is very helpful to me as their mom. Definitely would recommend!"— Bethany Davis
