Meet the Director

Welcome to Chroma Lawrenceville!

I am honored to serve as the Center Director of Chroma Early Learning Academy, Lawrenceville. My career has been built around a simple belief: when children are given a strong foundation, caring relationships, and opportunities to explore the world around them, there is no limit to what they can achieve.

I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education with a concentration in Biology from the University of Southern Mississippi and my Master's Degree in Instructional Design and Educational Technology from Western Governors University. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of serving students, families, and educators in a variety of roles, from classroom teaching to educational leadership. Each experience has strengthened my commitment to creating environments where learning is engaging, meaningful, and rooted in excellence.

As a leader, I believe that great schools are built on trust, consistency, and a shared commitment to helping every child reach their full potential. My goal is to cultivate a culture where children feel safe and inspired, families feel connected and informed, and educators feel supported and empowered in their work.

I am passionate about continuous growth and lifelong learning. Education is more than preparing children for the next classroom; it is about helping them develop confidence, curiosity, resilience, and a genuine love of discovery. These qualities become the foundation for future success in school and in life.

At Chroma, I am committed to fostering a community where every child is known, every voice is valued, and every day presents an opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive.
