Director
With 25 years of experience in early childhood education, Kiticha brings a deep commitment to nurturing young minds and fostering growth through compassionate leadership.
Her lifelong passion for guiding children makes her an invaluable asset to our leadership team at Chroma Early Learning Academy.
Outside the classroom, Kiticha is an avid traveler and history enthusiast who finds joy in discovering new places, reading, and relaxing over a good cup of tea. She's also a proud pet parent to a Cane Corso, a long-haired Chihuahua, and a Maine Coon cat. Family is central to her life—one sibling shares her dedication to early education as a director, while another captures the world through fashion photography.

Assistant Director
Mabel Dornick, Assistant Director at Chroma Early Learning Academy, bringing a dynamic background in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to the world of early childhood education.
With over 8 years of experience in customer engagement and 3 years in sales and marketing, I’ve developed strong skills in leadership, client relations, and strategic growth. Originally from the Dominican Republic and raised on the picturesque island of St. Maarten, I pursued my Associate Degree in International Tourism and Leisure Management in Europe, where I cultivated a global perspective and a passion for service.
Beyond my professional background, I’m also a professional makeup artist and have been fortunate to collaborate with industry leaders, including celebrity clients and teams at New York Fashion Week. Creativity and attention to detail are at the heart of everything I do—whether it's designing a marketing plan or crafting a flawless makeup look.
Family is everything to me, and traveling with my loved ones is one of my greatest joys. Now, I’m thrilled to apply my diverse experience to the childcare field and proud to be part of the Chroma team. I look forward to growing within the organization and contributing to its continued success.
